Expert Trenchless Sewer Repair in Northern New Jersey
Trenchless sewer repair technology has revolutionized how we fix damaged sewer lines — allowing Blue Sky Plumbing to repair or replace pipes that are cracked, root-damaged, or deteriorated without the massive excavation that traditional methods require. Our trenchless methods protect your landscaping, driveway, walkways, and yard while delivering a durable, long-lasting sewer line repair at a cost that's often comparable to or less than traditional dig-and-replace methods.
Trenchless Methods We Use
Pipe Lining (CIPP)
Cured-in-place pipe lining (CIPP) involves inserting a flexible resin-saturated liner into the existing damaged pipe and curing it to create a new, seamless pipe within the old one. This method seals cracks, fills gaps, eliminates root intrusion points, and restores full flow capacity — all through access points at each end of the pipe.
Pipe Bursting
Pipe bursting is used when the existing pipe is too damaged for lining. A bursting head is pulled through the old pipe, simultaneously fracturing it outward and pulling a new pipe into place behind it. This method allows for same-diameter or even upsized replacement with minimal excavation.
